Fee policy

  1. Admission fee plus annual charges covering examination fee, electricity, etc will be taken at the time of admission.
  2. The tuition fee will be payable for 12 months of the year and not remitted during a long period of absence. If a student returns to school after a long absence without prior notice, he/she will be treated as a new admission, and all previous dues will have to be cleared on his/her account to be favorably considered. 
  3. The rate of fees may be enhanced at any time, with due consideration, in accordance with the requirement of the school.
  4. Fees are collected on a prescribed date, set in advance by the school management, which is usually around the dues not cleared within one month of the prescribed date will incur a late fee of ₹5 per day. Defaulters for over a month will be debarred from attending classes and his/her name may be struck off the register.
  5. Smart Class fees are payable for all classes.
  6. Computer fees for class 3 upwards are charged in addition to Tuition Fees. Science and library fees are payable for class 3 upwards in addition to Tuition fees and computer fees.
  7. No student will be allowed to appear in any examination unless all dues on his/her account are cleared up to date. (i.e. before the commencement of exams).
  8. Fees are payable as under:
    At the time of admission or in every month (from 1 to 10 of every applicable month).
  9. Admissions in mid-term will be required to pay fees from the beginning of the term unless remitted at the discretion of the principal.
  10. Every student will be issued a fee receipt book, which must be presented at the fee counter with every payment. Fees will not be accepted without the fee receipt book.

Withdrawal from School

  1. One month’s notice should be normally given by the parents, in written form before the withdrawal of the student and issue of the transfer certificate.
  2. In case no notice is given, one month’s tuition fee will be taken in lieu of the notice.
  3. ₹200 will be charged for the issue of a transfer certificate.
  4. No transfer certificate will be issued, on any account, if it is discovered that the date of birth declared by the student, at the time of admission, is not authentic and the relevant supporting documentation has not been attached to the admission form. 
  5. No adjustments are made on the date of birth at any time, least of all, at the time of issuing a T.C.
